本日は町屋で昼ラーメンです。
京成本線、千代田線、都電荒川線。
三線が交差するトライアングル。
都電荒川線町屋駅前から歩い１，２分ほど。
尾竹橋通り沿いにある家系のお店。
店頭の券売機で食券を購入。
一番人気といことなので、
千祥おすすめラーメンの並（￥950）をいただくことに。
いわゆる特製、全部のせといった感じかな。
食券を渡す際に好みを伝える。
麺かため
味濃いめ
脂多め
少し待たされて登場です。
スープは、しっかりとした豚骨醤油。
味濃いめにした分、醤油がきりっと効いている。
豚の風味とのバランスもいい。
麺は中太のストレート麺。
ほどよいもっちりとした歯応え、
チャーシューは適度な肉厚で大ぶり。
さくっと歯切れのいい食感、
肉の旨みがじんわりと味わえて美味しい。
玉子はうずらでなく普通の味玉。
やや硬め寄りのねっとり半熟具合。
ほどよく味付けされていてなかなか。
ほうれん草は食感もよく食べやすい。
海苔はパリッと風味がいい。
ネギは九条ネギ。
シャキシャキの食感がいい。
食べ応え十分でなかなか。
とてもまとまりのある家系の味わいで美味い。
