■ Antique Teahouse Fuku Andon On February 4th, I went to the antique teahouse Fuku Andon, which opened in Minowa. I had breakfast at the cafe and bar on the first floor of Andon Ryokan, a hotel for foreigners. It is open to non-guests as well. The interior is filled with antiques collected by the proprietress. There is a counter, table seats, and sofas. There is also a tatami mat and a chabudai on the raised floor! There is also a hibachi. Everything is antique and has a lot of atmosphere. Wifi is also available, so I tried doing some work at the chabudai. ■ Stir-fried chikuwa set meal They have regular toast-based breakfasts and grilled fish-based breakfast sets, but since I found something unusual like a stir-fried chikuwa set meal, I had to order it. It was a luxurious set meal with many Small dish, miso soup, and egg rolls. It really is a Ryokan breakfast. The miso soup has rape blossoms. You can feel the season casually. The chikuwa is stir-fried with green onions. I quite like this kind of paste-based dish. The seasoning is simple and just what I like. I was also happy that it was accompanied by a homemade egg roll. It's the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer!
