【タイ料理】SOL BANGKOK(南千住)・初訪問 : インタラクティブ・セールス麺の備忘録
三ノ輪で人気の「SOLTOKYO」(https://soltokyo.owst.jp/)が、
姉妹店として、南千住にタイ料理「SOLBANGKOK」(ソルバンコク)を
8月にオープンしたので、遅ればせながら初訪問してきた。
南千住駅から6分程度、三ノ輪駅から10分程度の場所にある。
店内はテーブル席のみ。オープンしてから日が浅いので綺麗な店内。
ランチメニューがあり、どれにしようか悩んだが……。
ココナッツグリーンカレーとご飯
＋マンゴジュース(ランチ)
＋トムヤンクン(単品)
を注文。連れは「ガパオ挽肉バジル炒めとご飯」を頼んだ。
10分以内に料理が到着。
グリーンカレーは、スパイスと辛さが効いており、自分好みの味。
具の鶏肉やナスが、ゴロっとした大きさで入っていて食べ応え充分。
ルーが多めだったので、次回食べる時はライスを大盛にしたい。
生春巻きは、具材にカニカマが入っており、シンプルな構成だったが、
工夫されている。3個も付いているので、これも食べ応えがあった。
デザートは、タピオカのココナッツミルクに、コーンが入っていた。
甘さ控えめの味。
単品で頼んだ「トムヤンクン」は、大振りのエビがたくさん入っていた。
味はコクがあって酸味は控えめで飲みやすい。このコクはクセになりそうな味。
自分は酸っぱいのがあまり得意でなかったので、この程度が丁度良かった。
具材は、定番のレモングラス、パクチーの他に、トマト、タマネギ、
キノコ、ネギなどが入っていた。
最後は、マンゴージュースで口直しをして、お会計⇒退店。
味は全般的に良く、コスパも素晴らしかった。
チョットだけ個人的な欲を言うと、
・ココナッツ「グリーン」と「レッド」のカレーの両方が食べられるセット
・ランチメニューに＋300円とかで、トムヤンクンスープが付けられる
といったのがあると、嬉しいと思った。
この界隈は、タイ料理店が少なかったので、今回のオープンはありがたい。
次回はディナータイムに訪問してみたい……(゜д゜)ウマー。

久々にタイ料理が食べたい気分になったので、南千住にタイ料理
「SOLBANGKOK」(ソルバンコク)に昨年10月以来の訪問をした。
南千住駅から6分程度、三ノ輪駅から10分程度の場所にある。

と書いて投稿したのだが、その後、その希望を叶えるメニューが登場していた。
4種セット
・グリーンカレー
・レッドカレー
・ガパオ
・トムヤンクンスープ
・生春巻き
・ジャスミンライス
・デザート
に決めた。これだけ付いて、1,500円はコスパが良い！
卓上にQRコードがあり、それを読み取ってスマホから注文するシステムだった。
10分弱で料理が到着。
レッドとグリーンカレーは、スパイスと辛さの両方が効いている。
激辛ではないので食べやすい。具の鶏肉やナスが、ゴロっとした大きさで
入っていて食べ応え充分。
ガパオの味付けはシッカリとしており、ライスとの相性は抜群。
ライスのお代わりは無料だったのでお願いした。
生春巻きは、野菜中心のものであるが、ギッシリと詰まっていた。
トムヤンクンの味はコクがあって酸味は控えめで飲みやすい。
このコクはクセになりそうな味。自分は酸っぱいのがあまり得意
でなかったので、この程度が丁度良かった。
最後にタイのお茶を飲んで満腹となりお会計をして退店した。
期待通りの味と量で大満足だった。引き続き再訪決定のお店……(゜д゜)ウマー!!!!
