日曜日のランチタイムにお邪魔しました
駐車場はないので近くのパーキングに停めて向かいました
電車なら南千住駅までトゥクトゥクで迎えにきてくれるので乗ってみたい人は是非
俺も乗りたかったけど１人では恥ずかしいので車で行きました
開店してすぐの時間の訪問でしたが、すでに先客多数で人気店のようです
注文はQRコードからです カオソーイを食べると決めていたので簡単です
カオソーイは単品で1100円です
20分ほどで出来上がりです
やわらかく茹でられた麺とパリパリと揚げ麺の2種類の食感が楽しいです
ココナッツミルクを使ったスープはコクと甘味があって美味しいです
辛さはないので卓上のクルアンプルン(タイの4種調味料)を入れてみます
酸味用の酢と塩味用のナンプラーを入れましたがどちらも辛いです
辛くなりすぎたので砂糖を入れるとコクが増してまろやかになりました
晴れた日に、トゥクトゥクに乗って彼女と行ってお酒を飲みながらタイ料理なんて最高ですね
また行きたいです ごちそうさまでした
