This is a new restaurant opened by the person who previously ran a restaurant called "[a:https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1324/A132401/13241188/, Asakusa Yakiton]" nearby. Mainly yakitori and yakiton. The large Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is juicy and has a consistent taste. The Anbai menu is perfect for enjoying drinks with friends. No matter what you order, the beer will go well. Small dish is quite small, so one serving for two people might be just right. The offal stew is especially delicious and I order it every time I go. Gentle taste of salt-based soup and dashi stock. The key point is that it doesn't have a rich, strong flavor. You can eat as much as you want. The daikon radish with dashi soup is also good. The bean sprout namul and menma are also delicious. The store has two floors, and the second floor has a very unique decoration. There is a specimen skull on display, similar to what you would see in a science room. The wallpaper has a large rose pattern on a black background, giving it a medieval European feel. (The impression is very different from the food they sell, but I wonder if it's the taste of the restaurant staff.) There are a limited number of staff and the kitchen is on the first floor, so if you are seated on the second floor, ordering may not be easy. However, since I'm visiting a small local shop, it's best to just drink beer and wait patiently. If you can place your order, drinks will be delivered quickly. Limited quantities of skewers such as top tongues and levers are announced on Twitter, so it might be a good idea to check Twitter before you go. A great Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Minowa where you can enjoy a drink in a relaxed and fun way and that is easy to go to even by yourself.
