平日11時半頃に店に到着。
記名して並んで待つタイプ。先に並んでるのは二組。
一巡目のお客さんが続けて出てきたので10分ほどで入店。
カウンターの通されてすぐに注文。
松と瓶ビール。
ビールはアサヒ、サッポロ、キリンから選択。
松は2尾で2600円
竹は1.5尾で2200円
梅は1尾で1600円
うなぎも大きくコスパは最高。
20分程して後から入店注文されたお客様へ料理が運ばれる。お年寄りのお客様なので許容。その後10数分で料理到着。良いですが、提供順が変わったことは一言あってもよかったとも思う。
味はこの値段にしては申し分ない。
ふっくらして脂のノリも良く美味しい。
味には関係がないが、奥の小上がり座敷のお客さん（お知り合い？）と店主さんらしき方が雑談をされてたのが気になった。少なくとも30分は話し込んでいた。
注文も取れてないお客さんもいた中でしたのでよほど大切なお話だったのでしょうか。最終的にそのお客さんたちは厨房に入って行かれたので関係者の方々でしょうか。だとしたら、時間帯を間違えているように思います。
美味しいお店なので頑張って欲しいです。
