美味しい焼き鳥屋さんを探していたらこちらのお店がミシュランで一ツ星ということで訪問。
地下室に案内されましたが、呼び鈴などはなく店員さんがそろそろ注文されるかな？というタイミングで来てくれます。
◆自家製レバーのパテ
臭みも少なく食べやすいが、洋食屋のそれには及ばないイメージ。バケットが美味しかった。
◆串焼き5本コース
・わさび焼き
・ハツ
・手羽
・ネギま
・つくね
どれも焼き加減、塩加減共に絶妙。つくねは残ったタレと卵黄をバケットに付けていただきました。
◆軍鶏の親子丼
弾力のある鶏肉と濃厚な卵で抜群に美味しいが、スッキリ食べられる味。
その他にも味噌田楽やハラミ、ふりそでなど追加注文しましたが、どれもとても美味しくいただきました。
やっぱり炭焼きはよいですね！
