北千住にある人気店、銀座の名店バードランドの姉妹店、ミシュラン1星のお店である。当日に電話予約したが午後9時からで予約できた。北千住駅からあるいて5分L字のカウンタにテーブル席が２つ
お任せコースは4000円と6000円、安い方を注文し、串を追加することにした

鶏は奥久慈軍鶏をつかっており肉質は抜群、一串400円前後は焼鳥屋としては少し高めとはいえ、肉質が違うので納得の味。焼き方はバードランドと同じでしっとりと焦げ目をつけずに焼く。ややバードランドよりは火は強めかもしれない。その点は焼鳥らしい表情が現れるのでこの方がいいかもしれない。
串は中程度の大きさ、大食いの私だが、腹回りが増えていることもあり12本で自重した。美味しい焼鳥屋は一杯ある
