唯一、丸の内にあるバードランドのランチにのみ行った事がありますが、夜ちゃんと食べに来たのはここが初めてです。ミシュラン1つ星で食べログ百名店の焼鳥屋さんです❗
大将の野島さんは、本家銀座バードランドから最も早く独立され、ここ北千住で1999年に創業なのでもう20年営業されていますね。
鳥はバードランドと同じ奥久慈軍鶏。
お店の場所は、北千住駅西口を出てから徒歩分ほど。ここに来るのは宇豆基野さんの時以来ですねw
18:30にお店に到着。客は私で4人目。
2時間と言われたので、後に予約が入っているのかな？？お店を出る20:00にはほぼ満席になってました。
お任せで4000円と6000円のコースがありますが、今日はアラカルトにしました。ワインのメニューが充実しており良さげなワインも色々とあります。
でも私は日本酒でw
これだけ食べて飲んで会計は9070円。
日本酒もしっかりと飲んでいるのでコスパも満足な内容ですね❗

軍鶏の梅わさひ和え
低温調理で熱は中までしっかりと入っているが、柔らかくて美味しいです❗
わさび焼き
中はレア目ながら比較的しっかりと火が入ってますね。弾力があって歯ごたえもしっかり。
正肉
これは串ではないんですね。カリカリの皮付き。
鶏皮
外はカリカリですが、噛み応えがあって噛む程に旨味が出て来ますね❗手羽の皮とはまた違った旨味があります❗
これは旨い❗
つくね
卵を溶いてつくねにかけて頂きます。残った卵は、パンに付けて❗
手羽先
想定通りの厚めの皮で噛み応え十分です。軍鶏ですねぇw
原木しいたけ
熱々しいたけが美味しいです❗
ふりそで
お肉の旨味がしっかりとありますね❗
これは旨い❗
ソリレス
串ではないんですね。これ1羽でこのラグビーボール2個しか取れません❗130日飼育するとこれだけの大きさが取れるらしいです。30日飼育のブロイラーでは本当に小さいらしいです。
親子丼
以前行った丸の内バードランドのランチで食べた親子丼と比べても、味がよりしっかりとしていて美味しい❗
