[Taste] 8,800 yen course ✔︎ Shamo chicken soup The soup had a slight saltiness, but had a strong dashi flavor and smell. ✔︎ 3 appetizers ・Softly boiled gizzards ・Shamo chicken with soft-boiled egg ・Green soy tofu The boiled egg with luxurious truffles was the best. The tofu eaten with salt was also good. ✔︎ Shamo chicken with plum and wasabi It was refreshing and easy to eat. ✔︎ Homemade liver pate It was a super smooth and rich pate and was delicious. The service was very good and the speed of delivery was perfect. I think it would be good for a date. [Personal note] It might be a good idea to add a skewer to the 6,000 course. It was delicious, but it didn't update Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) top line.
