北千住のお店はだいぶ巡ったけれど、まだ行けてなかった北千住の百名店。
飛び込みだとアラカルトで頼めるのですが、だいたい予約でいっぱいで失敗。アラカルトの方が明らかにコスパはいいんですけどね(^_^;)
今年中に滑り込みたかったのでコースで予約しました。
最近正統派焼き鳥コースに行っていたので、変化球が多くて楽しかったです笑
店内はテーブル席もあるからか賑やかめ。忘年会シーズンだからですかね。静かに過ごすタイプの焼き鳥屋さんではなさそうです。
* おまかせコース 6600円
・軍鶏のスープ
さっぱりとしたスープでした。
・前菜２品
青大豆の豆腐が粗塩のみの味付けがされていて美味しかったです。
・自家製レバーのパテ
レバーをパンに乗っけて頂きます。パンがトーストされていた方が好みかなぁ。
・串焼き7本
わさび焼
レアに焼かれていて柔らかい！焼き方がとっても上手。
ササミがこんなに美味しくいただけるなんて
砂肝
コリコリで、粗塩のシンプルな味付けが美味しい！HPだと4つ付いてるけど、3つに減って砂肝同士の謎の距離感がツボ
手羽先
食感が面白い！食べやすく提供してくれたのが嬉しい
つくね
結構固めのつくね。自分で卵黄を溶いてつくねにかけます。
余ったタレと卵黄はパンですくって最後まで！
カブのお漬物
串できたので驚き。冷たいお漬物、出てくるタイミングが良かったです。
銀杏
銀杏大好きなのですが、ほくほくで熱々で美味しい〜
しいたけ
ふわふわで特大なしいたけ！ふっくらとしていました。
ネギマ
ちょっとお肉固いかなぁと思いました。好みかな？

トロットロ！もはや飲み物でした。
最近価格改定されたようで、6600円のコースで〆のご飯もつかないのか…とは思ってしまいました。コースなら一旦ある程度おなかいっぱいになった方が幸福感はありますよね。ネギマまで出て終わりというのはちょっと寂しい。
アラカルトメニューはわりとお値段が安いので、アラカルトで行けたら嬉しいなと思います笑
