北千住駅から徒歩5分、
焼鳥百名店の「バードコート」を訪問。
銀座『バードランド』から独立したお店で
ミシュランガイド東京で2019年まで連続して1つ星を
獲得しています。
お目当てのお店が休業だったのでダメ元で
平日の19時半ごろ到着のところ待ち人無し。
すんなり入店できました。ラッキーです。
予約だと高めのコースを事前予約する必要ありますが
この日はアラカルトで串焼きコース5本 2,300円と
軍鶏の半熟煮玉子 480円と
生ビール、ハイボール等を注文。
茨城県産奥久慈軍鶏を使っているとの事で
火入れは完璧、どのネタも美味しかったです。
タレも優しい味わいでこの辺がミシュランの審査員に
刺さったのかと思いました。
中でも手羽先とつくねが美味しかったです。
つくねは超濃厚な黄身が付いていて
なんとも旨かったです
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
