平日夜、予約して訪問。数席空いているのに、ギュウギュウに詰めて座るよう案内される。

もちろん味は良い。ただ、この価格帯でこの火入れやクオリティーは当たり前。
店主がバードランド出身ということで過大評価されすぎ感あり。
店内雰囲気や接客その他サービス含め、百名店レベルではないかな。訪問前はとても期待していただけに少々残念。
