It is a famous restaurant that has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants and Michelin, and was crowded with many customers every day. I made a reservation by phone about two or three weeks in advance to secure a seat. It is said that you must order a course when making a reservation, so I made a reservation after getting permission to add a la carte to the 6,600 yen course. The meatballs are very delicious with the egg yolk and sauce firmly mixed. I want to eat every last one in baguette! I'm glad that they can make my wish come true. Also, because they use Shamo chicken, the texture and elasticity are amazing. I felt that most chicken dish. It was the first time I had ever eaten Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that was so elastic. ◆Furisode ▷▷▷I love furisode, so I can't go wrong. It's a rare cut, so I ordered it at the chicken dish, but it was still very satisfying to eat. It was a hearty dinner of course + a la carte, combined with a broth full of Japanese umami, but it went down easy. We usually find that whatever we eat is generally delicious, but we really felt the difference in level. It's not only the skill of the owner that makes it work, but also the wonderful customer service of everyone around him. It was really delicious. We'll visit again!
