ひっそりとたたずむお好み焼きやさん。
ずっと昔に幼馴染のおじさんに連れて行ってもらいました。
去年そのおじさんが他界して、もう一度いきたいなと考えていました。
すっかり場所も忘れてしまって、どこにあるのだろうと思っていたら
最近、通い始めた美容室へ初訪問したとき、向かいにあることを発見しました。
昔、おじさんに食べさせてもらったのはあかし焼きと広島風お好み焼きでした。
初めて明石焼きを食べて衝撃を受けて、はまったのはこのお店です。
やさしい味です。
私は東京生まれ東京育ちなので焼き方が正直わかりません。
ので、焼いてくれるのですごく助かります。
