北千住はしご酒の1軒目に知人と店舗で待ち合わせ。
もちろん19時には満席なわけですが、次々と退店と入店が繰り返されており、すんなり入店。
令和の世にタバコバリバリOKなお店で、店員さんもタバコ吸いながら営業です。
つまみは串揚げのみ。酒はシンプルに。
関西風の串揚げは二度漬け禁止のスタイル。
店員さんもぶっきらぼうに見えつつも、意外と気を使ってくださる。
300度くらいの厨房を囲んだ店内の作りもおもしろい。
人を連れてきたくなる名店でした。
