平日のランチで千寿さんを訪問して来ました。
場所は北千住駅から徒歩4分程。
千寿さんは地元の常連で賑わう下町の人気鰻店。
私も定期的にリピートするお店です。
11:50頃に到着。
カジュアルですが清潔感のあるファサードと店内。
座席はカウンターと小上がりのテーブル席で24席。
私は1人でカウンター席へ。
卓上には、山椒、楊枝が常備されており、箸、紙おしぼりがセット済み。
着席後、冷たいお茶が出されました。
うな重は、松(3,500円)/特上(4,500円)/特選(6,500円)/二段重(7,500円)の4種類。
二段重は松の鰻が2段となります。
平日ランチ限定のうな丼も1,000円とかなり魅力的でしたが、
今回は、
・うな重 特選 6,500円
を、オーダー。
20分程で料理が到着。
うな重は、肝吸、お新香付き。
厚みのある鰻は、柔らかすぎずふっくらとした仕上がり。
甘過ぎないタレも好みで、箸を持つ手が止まりませんでした。
元気なお母さん達の接客にも癒される千寿さん。
