I arrived at the store around 13:00 and was shown to a tatami room. Unajyu (liver soup and pickled vegetables) ¥4,000 There were many waitstaff, and they served us even when we ran out of roasted green tea. It took about 20 minutes to complete the liver, and the pickles came out. This liver soup was very delicious. For the unagiju, the eel was carefully grilled, glossy, and fluffy. It's good that it's not canceled out by the sauce. It had a refreshing sauce, not a strong sweet-salt flavor. The pickled Chinese cabbage was not too salty and had just the right amount of salt.
