今日は北千住に行ってみました。
あらかじめ食べログのアプリで飲食店情報を調べていたので、さっそく駅のすぐ近くにある立ち飲み串揚げの「天七 本店」さんへ。
とても渋いお外観、ガラス越しに店内を見ると物凄く混んでいます。
ちょっと入れる雰囲気ではない、というか入る勇気がありません。
仕方がないので「天七 分店」の方に行ってみました。
こちらは座れるお店、空いていて安心な雰囲気です。
一人という事を告げるとカウンター席に案内されました。
瓶ビールにしようかホッピーにしようか迷いましたが、ホッピーを注文。
串揚げは２本から。
紙に書いて注文するシステムのようです。
串揚げが届くまでキャベツを食べて待ちます。
「ソースの二度付けはご遠慮ください」と書かれた貼り紙があります。
・えび（１９０円×２本）
串揚げはサクッと揚げたて、海老のプリプリした食感と風味が良いですね。
・れんこん（１９０円×２本）
レンコンのサケサクした歯応えが大好きなのです。
・若どり（１９０円×２本）
本日のおすすめから注文。
届いたのは串揚げではなくチューリップの素揚げでした。
ふっくら柔らかな身から旨みが滲み出て来ます。
ところでチューリップの骨は目の前の「串入れ」に入れていいのでしょうか？
とても美味しい串揚げで大満足。
