大学いもは2種類あって、私はあずまをチョイス。
ねっとり濃厚❤︎お芋の香りと、わりとサラッとした蜜、ごまの香ばしさで最高です！
夏は凍らせて食べても美味しい！
まだ小さな子どもたちには大学いもはあますぎるかな？と芋ようかんにしてみました！
こちらは自然な素朴な甘さで、パクパクよく食べました。
