大学芋は昭和の初め頃、東京・本郷の定食店が発祥とも言われています。
近くの東京大学の学生の間で人気となり、いつしか大学芋と呼ばれました。
サツマイモを油で揚げて、蜜を絡めるといったシンプルな作り方ながら、素材が持っている美味しさを
十分に楽しめる素朴な和製スイーツです
さて
買った大学芋は
あずまと愛小町
結構高めですね 大学芋って
お手頃価格ではないような価格でした
自宅に持ち帰り食べたのですが
まずは常温で密がドロドロと絡んでいるままと
レンジで温めて食べる方法と２つ方法で食べました
自分はやはり常温が気に入りました
温めると蜜がサラサラになってしまい
下に流れてしまうのです
美味しいのですが
あまり食べすぎるとしゃっくりが出ます
