千住の餃子酒場にて、たまたまお隣に居たご夫婦（元有名店のオーナーさん）がこう言った。
「あそこ近いうちに閉店するかも…」(あくまで噂です）
えっ？!マジっスか!!!
と慌ててこちらへ。
地元足立区では知る人ぞ知る焼肉屋。
しかしこの辺りじゃ「有名人も並ぶ店」より有名かもｗ
先客は二組。
L字のカウンターに一人座り、壁メニューを眺める。
年季の入った店内は相変わらず整理整頓されていて、居心地抜群。
地元特化型の店ではあるが、一見客も常連客も同等の扱い。
わからないことがあれば、優しい店主さんが何でも教えてくれます。
ホルモン系も旨い店ですが、個人的な一推しはやはりカルビ。
深く肉にしみ込んだ甘ダレが最高！
一体どうしたらこれほどまでタレが肉にしみ込むものなのか？驚愕の浸透圧。
一応別皿でタレも付きますが、こちらは甘さを中和する為の洗いダレ的存在。
甘さに飽きた時、こちらの酸味のあるタレが活かされます。
てか、自分の場合は焼いてそのまま食べてしまうことが殆どですがw
軽く飲んで食べて1時間弱の滞在。
金額は五千円を超えてしまいましたが納得＆満足。
その味付けも雰囲気もDeep♪青い海（ウミ・ウミ）
