ストレッチのトレーナーさんのおすすめで一人焼肉に来ました。私は地元で車ですが、最寄りの大師前からかなりあるのではないでしょうか。鉄道の駅というものが近くにない、色々な意味でディープな地域です。地元の方でないと場所はわかりにくいかもしれません。烏龍茶がホッピーブランドというのも渋い。外観はレトロですが、店内は昭和の香り漂う素敵な雰囲気で、清潔感が溢れていて店主様のお人柄を感じました。当然お肉の質も良いのでしょうが、絶妙なお味のタレと肉の下処理が素晴らしいと思いました。すべて部位が一口大の食べやすい大きさで、味がしみて火が通りやすいように丁寧に包丁が入れられているようです。ロース、カルビ、塩タン、上ミノ、タレのタンと一気に食べましたが、もたれることなくまだまだ行けそうな感じですが、お勘定の事も考え、人気メニューの「肉めし」で締めました。肉めしは茶めしのような見た目で、タレで味付けされたご飯に肉の切れ端が入った感じのメニューで、お持ち帰りされる常連さんも多いようです。
