アフリカ料理のお店ですがアフリカらしいのはクスクスにダチョウ料理、ワインが南アフリカ産位。 イタリアンのカジュアルレストランと思っていただいた方が分かりやすい。
ダチョウは馬肉のあっさりした感じでクセは無くて食べやすい。
寡黙な店主が黙々と料理を作ってる。
問題は客層で宴会の大人数が入ると料理もドリンクもなかなか来なくなる、一人で切り盛りするジレンマだ。
レギュラーメニューより大きな黒板に記されてる今日のお勧めから選ぶのがお勧め。 アラビアータは結構辛い。
千住の魚河岸が近いので魚介類が新鮮。 オリーブオイルや胡椒、ニンニクに唐辛子を巧みに使う料理は美味しいもの揃い。
お勧めはダチョウのカルパッチョ、パスタ各種。
カレーサモサは揚げカレー餃子、つまみにはいいがサモサとはちょっと違う感じ。
北千住には稀有な落ち着いた静かなレストラン。
