北千住に来ています。
先週は持病の検診でお出掛け無し自粛でしたの今日はせめてランチだけでもと言うことでやってきました。
ランチメニューからParanzoBを注文。
私は、カキと白菜のペペロンチーノスパゲッティーニ
オカンは、マイタケとパンチェッタのトマトソーススパゲッティーニをチョイス。
カキのペペロンチーノは、大振りの牡蠣が二個と白菜のペペロンチーノです。
牡蠣がプックリプクプク旨味たっぷりジューシーでウマウマ～♥️白菜は肉厚で甘味があり冬らしい１品でした。にんにく強めで辛味はそんなに感じられませんでしたが素材の味が行かされていて良かったです。
マイタケのトマトソースパスタを味見しましたが濃厚な舞茸の香りと風味がガツンと感じられて美味しかったですが、もうちょいパンチェッタが多い方が嬉しかったかなぁ。
前菜は、野菜のスフォルマート。ジュエリーボックスを思わせるような器に入った目にも優しいイタリアン風茶碗蒸しですね。ジャガイモや芽キャベツのゴロゴロ野菜のスフォルマートで出汁が効いていて優しいお味でウマウマ～♥️芽キャベツ特有の癖が無くて熱々で美味しかったです。
なお、サラダは、レタス、大根、水菜、人参のシンプルサラダでドレッシングは、柑橘系なのかな？爽やかな味わいのフレンチドレッシングでサッパリサラダでした。
自家製フォカッチャは、サクふわ皮が香ばしくてバター感は弱めで食べやすい✨
スープは、ブロッコリーのスープでした。
ドルチェは、抹茶のパンナコッタ。甘さ控えめで生クリームの濃厚さが際立った一品でした。
可愛らしいインテリアと食器のお店でゆっくり美味しいランチが出来て良かったです✨
がしかし、一点だけ欠点が‼️「腹へった～(o；д；)o」状態で伺ったせいか、一品一品の提供がゆっくりで待ち時間がちょっと苦痛でした(￣▽￣;)入店してから退店まで１時間半かかったので…
何とか美味しかったからカバー出来て良かったです✨
