美味しいイタリアンとフランス・イタリアワインをペアリングしながら楽しく過ごせるめちゃ幸せすぎるお店。
聞けばソムリエ様、東京青山のワインスクール、アカデミー・デュ・ヴァンご出身。いま私もビズワイン(ビジネスの教養としてのワインコース)をデュ・ヴァンで勉強してるんですと話も弾み、デュ・ヴァン先輩ソムリエ様とワインの実践勉強会となりました☺️
店名のカーサカルマはイタリア語で「穏やかな家」という親しみと新鮮さを感じるひと時を味わってほしいと言う思いだそうです。英語のcalmに近いのかな、サンスクリット語の業(ごう)ではないんですね☺️
星勝利シェフは千葉県松戸市出身の1972年生まれ。2001年イタリア全土を巡り、その土地々の料理、食材、風土、人柄、習慣にふれ帰国。2007年北千住にて、 Trattoria Casa Calma をオープン、2019年店名をCasa Calmaに変更されたそうです。
ワインは愛好家が十分に満足できる取り揃えをビンテージを含めた200種類以上の豊富なワインを取り揃えているそう。
という事で楽しいワイン&モダンイタリアン会でしたがコースは限定カーサカルマをディナーでも気軽に愉しめるミニコース(5940円サービス料、消費税込)

料理はトマトやチーズをあまり多用しないモダンイタリアンな味わい。日本の食材を使い、食べやすく美味しいイタリアンです。いちじくで季節感を感じられてうれしいです。めちゃ工夫されているのが素人でもわかります。
ワインは一杯1300〜1500円くらいでお手頃(値段を聞かずにお願いするのが普通なので)
この日はフランスのブルゴーニュシャブリプルミエクリュやイタリアのトスカーニャの赤ワインなど習ったばかりのワイン好きにはたまらないベーシックなオールドワールドの秀逸なワインばかりでした。料理とマリアージュしつつ、値段を抑えつつ、オールドワールドで揃えるのもなかなか大変かと思います。ワインアプリのVIVINOも各ワイン高得点です。(食べログ同様に結構信じてる…www)
ひとりドリンクいっぱいならコース合わせて合計7500円くらい。グラスワインでペアリングしつつ、楽しく飲んだら12500円くらいかなぁ
記念日にもよさそうだし、ワイン好きなら普段使いでもいいかもです。ワインがもっとお好きならボトルもたくさんあります。カウンターはないです。テーブル席で楽しくソムリエ様とワイン談義をしたい時はぜひ！きっとイタリア値、いやアモーレ値が向上するでしょう！
