中華料理店とは思えない外観、店内も厨房を見るまではおしゃれなカフェやバーといった雰囲気。お客さんも若い層が多くて一瞬「場違いかも汗」と思ったけれど、オーナーや店員さんがとても親切でホッとした。
19:00ディナータイムドピークということでオーダーが立て込んでいたが、カウンター席からのんびりと調理の様子を見ながらハイボールをチビチビ。お料理はどれも絶品！オーダーの都度包む焼き餃子は焼き目はカリッカリ、皮はモチモチ♪お肉たっぷりの餡だけどセロリかな？大き目なシャキシャキ野菜が心地よいアクセント。スープはタップタプで、焼小籠包かっ！というくらいジューシー。この餃子只者ではない・・・
そして黒酢酢豚もぜひ食べていただきたい一品。フレンチのような美しい盛り付けも素晴らしいが、脂身の少ない塊肉が表面はカリカリに揚げられ、中は柔らかくホロホロに仕上がっております。黒酢ソースも甘さと酸味が良い塩梅、周りに添えられた季節野菜も美味しい・・・
提供されるお酒やお料理、どれもオーナーの技術とセンスを感じられる素晴らしいお店。
次回は空腹でたらふく食べたいな。また来ます！
