以前からちょくちょくお邪魔しているお寿司屋さん
平日の昼間に訪問すると近隣の方や学生さんが並んでいることも
この日はすんなり入店にてカウンターへ着席
まぐろづくし丼、３色丼、海鮮丼などランチタイムは海鮮系の丼物がメイン
この日はいろいろ食べれる海鮮丼750円を注文
小上がりの座敷席が２つとカウンター５席ほどの店内で店主さんお一人でのオペレーションなので提供スピードはあまり早くはないが、注文による魚を淡々とさばいて丼にのせていく仕事ぶりを間近で見れるライブ感に時間の経過はあまり気にならない
提供された海鮮丼はザッと９種類程の魚介類や卵焼きが盛り付けされ、この価格ではとても嬉しい内容の充実っぷり(≧▽≦)
けっこう強めの酢飯と海鮮の組み合わせは好みが分かれるかもしれませんが、自分的には食欲増進される系の酢加減でわりとボリュームのある飯も美味しく食べ進めれます(´～｀)ﾓｸﾞﾓｸﾞ
特筆すべきは煮帆立
単調になりがちな海鮮丼において煮切り醤油の甘じょっぱい味わいがとてもいいアクセント(⌒▽⌒)
白味噌の豆腐とワカメの味噌汁の優しい味わいにも癒やされながら完食
以前とんねるずのキタナシュランにも出ていた様で外観はかな～りインパクトありますが(・.・;)
味わいとボリューム、内容の充実度は◎のお店です
