北千住東口すぐの和食屋さんへ。「割烹・小料理、しゃぶしゃぶ、懐石・会席料理」とたくさんの和食のジャンルを記載していらっしゃいます。和食ならなんでもござれですね！
狙いは「牛なべランチ膳」ただ一つ。通常のものが1,430円ですが、更に上クラスの２品もあります。

せっかくですから「上」を味わってみたいと思います。さすがにおひとりさまランチに「特上」までは手が出ません。
程なくして牛なべランチ膳が運ばれてきました。凄い霜降り牛肉！いやはや驚きました。あまりにも立派な霜降り状態に鮮やかな牛肉の色合い。こんなもの真っ昼間から食べていいのでしょうか！（笑）
一人用のカセットコンロに乗っています。牛肉もその下に敷いてある野菜もまだ生のよう。グツグツいっていないのでコンロのスイッチを回そうかと思っていたら、いきなりグツグツ煮えてきました。もう点いていたのですね。
霜降り牛肉に程よく火を通して卵につけていただくと上品で旨い。牛肉がとろけます。
割り下は濃すぎず極めて上品。割とさっぱりしていますがちゃんとすき焼きの旨味が感じ取れます。
赤だしのお味噌汁ももずく酢もお新香に至るまで丁寧な和食の品々。みんなしっかり美味しい。
しかし「特上 黒毛和牛霜降り」になったらどうなるのでしょうね？きっととんでもない上質な牛肉が味わえるのでしょうね？
