クイモノヤ バー チャンパネリアなのだ。
スペイン料理なのに婆ちゃんおるわけないし(爆)
北千住で20年ほど営業しているそうだ。
住んでいて気が付かなかったほどである。
17時オープンながら、少し遅れて開店。
ラテン系ならではだw
外でもドラム缶で立ち飲み、いや椅子まである。
口開けなので店内の白いカウンターへ。
スペインのFM？がBGM。
まずはルービーで喉を潤そう。
エストレラ ガリシア 790円(税別)
濃厚でなおかつ爽快。
冷えす過ぎていないのもええな。
海老のピルピル 690円(税別)
アヒージョみたいだが少し異なるらしい。
ピルピルはスペインバスク地方の伝統的郷土料理。
ちなみにピルピルは「パチパチ」と同義語。
バスク州ならばパチパチパンチは…
アヒージョは火を通し、オリーブオイルに
ニンニクの香りを付けることに時間をかけ調理。
具材を入れた後は素早く仕上げるのに対して
ピルピルはオリーブオイルが沸騰しないように
時間をかけて調理する。
なので旨味が染み込んでいる。
そうは言ってもバゲットとともにいただくのは
まったく変わりがない。
海老のみならずブロッコリーも旨味が染み込んどる。
ハモンセラーノ 590円(税別)
ハモンセラーノには塩コショウもまぶされ、
サラダ付きなのは想定外でありがたい。

サンタバラバラ レセルヴァ
スペイン産ワインならばテンプラリーニョ。
少しドライなフレーバーを感じる。
それがハモンセラーノにアウアウ。
店内にはワインセラーもあるな。
