さぼてんグループ かつ彩で注文したのは
京風だしカツ煮御膳／１４８０円（税別）
この組み合わせのカツ煮は初めて！
長ネギ、卵 、カツで作られた
あまりしょっぱくない味付け。
煮汁もほとんどなくて
茶碗蒸し的な仕上がり。
一休堂の「京山椒」をかけると
味の景色が変わって また 一興。
（これ ８g入りで５００円！）
何度でもお代わりできるキャベツは
新鮮大盛り。胡麻のドレッシングも
おいしくて、思わず お代わり！
カツ煮の味付けが上品な分、
キンピラの塩気で勢いをつけ
大根の甘酢漬けでサッパリ (^^)
なお、（私の目には）どことなく
古市憲寿に似て見える男性店員さんの
丁寧で 優しい 接客が 印象的でした。
