金曜日の15時、通し営業で大変ありがたいです！
初めてベトナム料理を食べたのは42年前、赤坂の「アオザイ」というお店でした。初生春巻きに感動したのが懐かしい！
他に新宿三丁目にベトナム料理店があり、何度か行ったました
メニューを見ると「フォー」を中心としたリストになっています。。。あ、なるほど、フォーハノイ。フォーとフォーでフォーハノイ^ ^（孤独のグルメ五郎さん風）
さて、そのフォー、連れが頼んだので別メニューで攻めました↓

待つ事7-8分で提供されました
今日の感動はベトナムチキンカレー！久々にココナツ入りのカレーを食べましたが、大変バランス良く深みのあるカレー、きちっと作られていて好感度アップです
フォーはさっぱりした味がフォーらしく安心していただきました。ただ、コロナ以降ラーメンが多かったせいでちょっと物足りない薄さ…
…いかん！舌が完全にラーメンにロックオンされている^ ^
サラダ麺は夏らしく（フォーらしく？）これも涼しげなさっぱり味、揚げ春巻きのアクセントでもう一つ美味しくなりました
同じフォーでも屋台とレストランの差を明確に出しているところに店舗価値があると感じました
このレビューを書いているうち、無性にベトナムコーヒーが飲みたくなって来ました♪
