宿場町通りにあるお店です。呼び込み上手なお嬢さんの声を聞いてフラフラと入ってしまいました。お店の両側にケースがあり、豆乳や豆富各種、練り製品のようなものから餃子、お菓子まで、大豆からこんなにいろいろ作ったんだと感心しました。
「三代目 茂蔵 豆富」とどの商品にもあったので、三代続いた町の豆腐屋さんかと思ったら、工場は別の場所にあるとのこと。枝豆エキスが入ったものはそのまま食べてみてかけるなら塩、黄金卵入り豆富はetc・・・商品説明上手なお嬢さんが三代目なのかもと想像しましたがどうも違う？「油揚げは工場直売だから出来る、本日１枚\１０が１０枚で\１００」見るとスーパーの安売り用とは違ってやや厚めの油揚げがレジ横に詰まれてました。
お嬢さんの説明と三代目の商標のネーミングもぴったりで、売り上げアップの感じでした。ちなみに購入したものは油揚げ、水餃子、枝まめ味の豆富、黄金卵豆富です。油揚げ、餃子を食べましたが◎、枝まめもプリンのような食感でした。黄金卵豆富を食べるのが楽しみです。
豆腐と書かずに「豆富」とは豆の富を頂いて食べるからとＨＰにありました。もっちり玉海老マヨからお菓子までアイデアも満載の商品が一杯あります。是非一度、お店を覘いて見てください。
ＨＰを調べてみたらチェーン店もありそうな大きな会社でした。
