北千住西口きたろーどを国道4号線方面へ。一つ目の交差点を右へ、宿場町通りしばらく進と右手に【毎日通り飲食店街】という小さな飲食店が集まる路地にこちらのお店はあります。
カウンター、テーブル席、二階にも10数名入れるテーブルがあります。
こちらを店主さんお一人で切り盛りしています。
店主さんの人柄も良く、深夜焼肉をしに通わせていただいてます。
韓国焼肉というスタイル。焼肉と韓国料理が楽しめます。
韓国料理は食べた事がありませんが次回食べてみようと思います。
さて、焼肉はと。
価格の割にお肉レベルが高いのが印象的。
いつもお肉の状態を聞いてオーダーします。
どのお肉もしっかり熟成されており、肉の甘味を感じます。焼肉は鮮度よりも熟成を重んじます。
脂系焼肉ではない、味わい系焼肉ですかね。
程よい脂としっかりとした味わい。 店主さんがお肉の事わかってますね確実に。肉は熟成、内臓系は鮮度抜群。
おつまみもそこそこ用意されてますので、カウンターでゆっくりつつきながら楽しむ一人焼肉なんかも良いかも。
お酒はYEBISUの生ビールがあり嬉しい。 瓶ビールはサッポロ黒ラベルとアサヒスーパードライ。
日本酒、焼酎少々、韓国焼酎やマッコリが楽しめます。
ワインは赤、白一種類。 いつもビールの後にワイン飲みます。
特にこちらのお肉には、絶対的に赤ワインが合います！ いただく焼肉のタレに赤ワインを少し入れるとより赤ワインに合いますよ～
