日曜日の12時01分に開店、1番目に入れました。ほかに2名一緒に入りました。みなさんお一人でした。
最初にタンカルビ、鷄、豚トロ、ホルモン、マルチョウの5種類が2切れずつきました。
キャベツはおかわり不可、ご飯とわかめスープは可能です。
タンカルビは歯応えがあって、タンより旨みがあります。硬めの肉質ではありますが、これが1番好みでした。
豚トロはしっかりした肉質です。鷄はちゃんともも肉で、味付けされていて美味しいです。
ホルモン、マルチョウはホルモンなので脂たっぷりですが、スッキリした脂身でこれまた美味しいです。
焼き目の具合や香りなど、焼肉を食べに来たという実感がもてます。
多くの人が5種全てのおかわりをしていて、ハズレがないという点が素晴らしいです。僕はタンカルビとホルモン、タンカルビと鷄、など2種ずつおかわりしました。
ネックなのが全部食べ終わってからの注文という点。
鷄なんかを頼んじゃえば、5分以上何もできない時間ができてしまいます。一回で4人前までは頼めること確認済みなので、頼み方は注意しないといけないです。
とはいえ、これで税込1,000円は激お得です。
