北千住飲み横で深夜まで営業していると聞いて行ってみました。
一階カウンターが10席弱？二階もあるみたいです。
こちらのお店さん、焼肉屋スタイルのお客が自分で焼きます。
天草大王セット(もも、むね、皮、砂肝、レバーだったかな？)
を頼みました。
焼き奉行の私は美味しくやけました。
お酒は生ビール、焼酎、日本酒、冷酒、ハイボールや梅酒もあったと思います。
スタッフさんの感じも良く気分良く食事ができました。
天草大王を以外も馬刺がオススメらしく、これは絶品でした。熊本の醤油と合わせてくれたのは嬉しかった。
マグロのお刺身もあったようです。
日本酒、焼酎は3～4種類ぐらいかな。日本酒は常温保存。特に劣化してはいませんでした。
