力が出ない…なんだかダルい！
そんな時は肉ですよ！
という感覚はありませんが、たまには焼き物も良いかな…と。
夫婦で焼肉屋さんに行っても、何故か冷麺と石焼ナンチャラと生肉食べて、網を使わずに退店することが多いのですが、今日はお肉の定食を食べようと誓っています。
