平日の夜､東武スカイツリーラインの北千住駅で乗り換えの際に構内に「酒場」の暖簾が有ったので思わず入店しました。
カウンター席着席して以下注文しました。
「丸ごとすりおろしレモンサワー」649円
「パリパリラーメンサラダ」429円
お通し(アーモンド 9粒）165円
丸ごとすりおろしレモンサワーは､レモン果実たっぷりで､甘みが少なくスッキリしていて美味しいです。
パリパリラーメンサラダは､レタス､キャベツに塩昆布が混ざっていて、その上にベビースターラーメンが載っていて、マヨネーズが添えて有ります。
塩昆布の塩味と旨みにベビースターラーメンの味とパリパリした食感が良いですね。
ヘルシーなような少しジャンキーなようなで美味しかったです。
