各線北千住駅徒歩5分。
土日祝日のランチは予約必至です。
美味しいイタリアンを気軽に気持ち良く楽しめられます。
開店当初から伺っていますが、年々進化を感じられる素敵なお店です。
森本シェフの料理や食材、サービスに対する探究心が為せる技なんでしょう。

・水牛モッツァレラチーズのカプレーゼ
導入部。色合いもサイズ感も可愛らしい。
・五島列島アオリイカのマリネ
〜赤紫蘇とビーツのソース 季節のハーブの香り〜
アオリイカは軽く熱を入れてプリプリ感を出してくれています。土台はポテトとビーツ？を合わせたピューレで変化もあります。
・朝どれトウモロコシの冷たいパスタ
〜レモングラスとコンソメのジュレ〜
夏になると必ず食べたくなる一品！
今回もこれを狙って伺いました♪
トウモロコシの全ての旨味を生かして作ってくれます。芯の茹で汁さえ、トウモロコシを表現するのに使っていると過去に伺ったと記憶しています。
トウモロコシが一番甘い期間しか出してくれません。やっぱり美味しい♪
・鮎とクレソンのキタッラ
〜酢橘の泡と共に〜
パスタ2品目。
キタッラは食べ応えがありますね。
具材の鮎は諸々を考慮して小さめのものを選択しているそうです。
鮎は頭と体と骨と尻尾に分解して鮎の香りを残したままカリッと焼かれています。
これがまた美味い！
蓼酢も良いですが、パスタには酢橘ですね。
・牛ホホ肉のブラッサート
〜フランボワーズとスパイスの香り〜
最高です！とても美味しい！この価格でいただける幸せを感じました。ソースに使われたフランボワーズが肉も夏野菜も全ても美味しく一体にします。
赤ワインとバターでマットな味になりがちな牛ホホ肉ですが、ソースが素材を引立ててくれています。
・ドルチェ パフェ仕立て
桃のパフェ。
数種類の形を変えた桃が多重奏で楽しませてくれます。
・コーヒーまたは紅茶
コーヒーをチョイス。付け合せのフィナンシェさえも最高に美味しい♪
・自家製ジンジャーエール
毎回頼んじゃいます。生姜が甘くて刺激的でパクパク食べちゃいます。黒糖味ですが、さっぱりもしています。スパイスは何が入っているのかな。
私も作ってみることにしました♪
何を食べても美味しい。
今回のラインナップは当然全部が美味しかったですが、トウモロコシ狙いだったのに牛ホホ肉のブラッサートに一番気持ちを持って行かれました。
食材や味のバランスや食べ易さへの拘りをとても感じました。
全行程90分。
十分楽しめました♪また伺います。
