北千住にはよく食事に来るのですが、誕生日は以前からとても気になっていたMOTORAさんに。と連れてきていただきました。接客や店内の雰囲気は六本木や麻布を思わせるような高級感のある空間です。予約していたコースと飲み物はペアリングをチョイスしました。ペアリングはお料理に合わせてお酒を変えてくれるのでトータルで1人ワイン1本分くらいの量になるのですが、お酒の弱いかたには量を少なくしていただけるそうです。素晴らしいホスピタリティー。見た目やお味も申し分ないです。こだわりの食材やハーブを効かせたりとひとつひとつ繊細でした。都内で食べると倍くらいの価格になるのではないでしょうか。いろんな記念日の際にはこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。
