北千住と京成の千住大橋の中間にあるオムライス屋さんです。
北千住へ三味線のお稽古に行く時、たまに店の前を通るのですが、お昼時はいつも行列ができてて、気になってました。
さりとて、混雑時に、どでかい楽器背負って並ぶわけにもいかないし、店内に楽器持って入って迷惑かけるわけにいかず、ずっと入れず、忸怩たる思いで過ごしていました。
が、やっと、年の瀬の夕方、激空いてる時間帯に突撃することができました！！
店内数名お客様さんはいましたが、ありがたくテーブル席にも座れ、楽器もテーブルの端に置けたので、なんとか邪魔にならずにすみました。
注文はタブレットからということで、
初回だし、定番らしいトマトソースとかデミグラスソースと迷ったんですが、
新メニューの、大人の牛肉たっぷりハッシュドビーフオムライスSサイズ 1850円
アイスコーヒー 200円
にしました。
ハッシュドビーフとオムライスという組み合わせ試してみたかったので。
なお、オムライスはSSから、Lまでサイズ選べます。私は、少食家なので、Sチョイスです。
Sだと、ご飯の量はお茶碗いっぱいくらい、卵は三つで作るらしいです。
十分くらいでホクホクのオムライスが参りました。ご飯茶碗いっぱいくらいの米の割に、オムライスのサイズがこんもりデカくて驚きました。
つまり、卵がかなり肉厚なのです。
スプーンを通すと、なんの抵抗もなくオムライスが救われ、卵がぷるんと揺れる感じがします。
卵自体はあまり味がなく、やわらかーい卵の食感を、ハッシュドビーフの酸味があるソースが味の主役に楽しむイメージです。
ハッシュドビーフのソースは、具沢山で、きのこ、牛肉でいっぱい。容量も多くて、え、勿体無い単体のハッシュドビーフで出してもいんじゃないかと思うくらい旨味しっかりしてました。
ソースの完成度が高いので、オムライスの他にある洋食のアラカルトも期待できそうな気がしました。
ハッシュドビーフの美味しいソースを取り残さないように、オムライスでよくすくって、綺麗に完食いたしました。
Sサイズだけど、卵ふっくらで、ハッシュドビーフのソースもたっぷりだったので、食べ切った満足感のでかいオムライスでした。
また、楽器がご迷惑をかけない空いているタイミングで来ます。ご馳走様でした。
