オムライスにトンカツをトッピング「KitchenEggs」
宇豆基野で朝食をいただいた後は、休日の昼にはいつも行列となっている洋食屋「KitchenEggs」へ。
北千住駅から徒歩１２分ほどの日光街道沿いにあるお店で、今回も店に着いたら５人待ちで、１５分ほどして入店。
オーダーは全てタブレットで行うようになっている。
こちらは色々なオムライスを提供しているのだが、前々から気になってたこちらを注文。
「ロースカツのせデミグラスソースオムライス」
あと、メニュー見ててきになった唐揚げも追加することにしたので、オムライスのサイズはSサイズにしておいた。
事前情報では、それでも結構な量があるとのこと。
スープバーもついているので、そちらをいただきながら料理が出てくるのを待つ。
日によって違うらしいが、今回はコンソメスープとコーンスープの２種類用意されておりそちらをいただく。
そして注文して１５分ほどで料理が出てきた。
オムライスもそれなりの量があるのだが、その上に乗ってるトンカツがデカいし厚い。
オムライスと同じぐらいの量がある。
唐揚げは２つだが、こちらも結構大き目。
早速いただいてみる。
カツは、ざっくり系の衣で肉にしっかりと付いており肉も柔らかい。
中のライスはソースによってケチャップライスとバターライスで使い分けているようで、デミグラスソースにはケチャップライスだった。
あまり主張した味ではないが、つつんだ薄焼き卵との相性が良く、上に乗ったカツをおかずとしていただくのにもいい感じだ。
唐揚げは、しっかりと下味がついてて、これはお酒と合わせたくなるような味だった。
こちらのお店、宣伝文の中でハンバーグも売りにしていたので、次回訪問時はハンバーグトッピングにして、あとプリンとコーヒーが気になったので、プリンドリンクセットにしていただいてみよう。
