先客 1組み 2名様 。 後客 無し 。

始まりは 緊張したり ドキドキしたり
期待 と 不安 の 入り雑じり 。
初訪問 の 新参者 も
状況は 違えども 状況の 始まり。

スタートと 同時に 終了しました。
何となくの ごあいさつ 代わりに
自分の 注文前は さておいて
店主様 へ 生ビールを ご馳走しました。
乾杯を 終えて。。。
大根は
1日目 と 2日目 と どちらも
芯が しっかり硬く
箸で 突き刺そうにも 頑固な 状態なので
しっかり 味も 染みても いなく
なんじゃ こりゃ～ ！！
の 感想が ピッタリで
想像の 斜め下を ゆく
仕上がりの おでん でした。
個人的には
みずみずしい 大根と ダシの 融合を
感じる 仕上がりが 好み なので
残念な 感じがしました。
おでん向きの
大根を 迎える 季節には まだ 達していないので
まだ
夏大根なのかも しれない とも 思いましたが
いかんせん 硬かったので スジも
まったく 気になりませんでした。
まだ 仕上がって いない まま
仕込みの 段階で
食材を 提供する お店の 力量に 感服しながら
あらためて
コンビニの おでんって
やっぱ 凄いなぁ と 思ったり
そっちの 方が 恋しくなったりしました。
あっち へ 行ったり
こっち へ 行ったり 。
失敗したり 成功したり 。
当たり を 引く 為に
ハズレ が あったり。
いろんな 事が あるから
冒険って 楽しい と
うまく
自分の 気持ちを 着地させました 。
