北千住にあるもつ焼き店へ。
国道4号線を越えた先なので駅から離れていて近隣住民には良さそうなお店。
こじんまりとした店内は間引きされたカウンター席が少しと、テーブル席の構成。
BGMはTVで、この手のお店では珍しく店内禁煙だったのは意外。
メニューなどから加賀屋の流れを感じ、
手書きホワイトボードの中からポテトサラダと茹でシロ、タンを注文。
ポテトサラダはねっとり系で好きなタイプだが、
胡椒がもっと少ないと自分好み。
タンはこれタン？と思えるカシラのような食感。
加賀系のシロはゴムゴム感強くて苦手だが、
茹でシロはフワッとしていて勿論噛み切れ安く期待以上にうまかった。
タンと一緒に頼んだので、面倒掛けないように塩で統一させたが、
この茹でシロはタレで食べたい。
最後は特カシラと特シロを頼んだが、これは加賀系だとスタミナとか特製とかに近く、
辛味が強い焼き物なので自分は普通のほうが好み。
必要最低限の接客、ホッピーの中もそれなり、
近所にあったら気兼ねなくフラッと1人で定期訪問しているだろうなと思った一軒。
