３月初旬来訪
幸楽を出た二人は二件目を探す為北千住西口を彷徨う。するとキャッチのお兄さんから勧誘を受ける。最初は断っていたが、あまりにしつこく(笑)、また話が凄く面白いので、ハマって見ることにした。過去にも何度かキャッチのしつこさに負けて、居酒屋に入店した事があるが、良い思いをしたことは一度も無い～
キャッチのお兄さんに連れて来られたのは、雑居ビルの間の細い階段を上がった中々怪しい雰囲気のお店。なんかドキドキする。
店内に案内されると、中は明るい雰囲気でよくある”フツーの居酒屋”の風貌。意外と店内は広い
まずは、無難に瓶ビールから始めます。
メニューを見ると店名が"豚とん拍子”と云うだけあって、豚料理が豊富。
その中から豚刺しの”シロトロ”３８０円を注文。
シロトロは勿論火入れはされていますが、グニュグニュ感は無く凄く、関内もつ〇店や亀有のよし〇のように凄く柔らかいタイプ。臭みも一切なく凄く美味しいですね。醤油タレでしたが、私的には辛味噌で食べたら更に美味しいかなと感じました。
お酒のメニューを見ると、お店の雰囲気とは似合わず？(笑)全国各地の日本酒が凄く充実していたので、その中から広島の銘酒”賀茂鶴”を注文。コレに”レバトロ”３８０円を合わせてみます。
久々の賀茂鶴✨やっぱり美味。一緒に行った友もえらく気に入ってしまったようで～美味い美味いと言って楽しんでいました
一方”レバトロ”は絶妙な火入れで、身はしっとり柔らかくレバーの甘味と旨味が賀茂鶴を煽ります。合いますね～
すっかり”日本酒の口”になってしまった私達は、”田酒”を注文。接客係のおばちゃんに注文をお願いしたら注文が通らない～
どうやら日本酒に詳しくないようだ。折角地酒が充実しているのに凄く勿体ないな～
気を取り直して田酒を戴きます。流石貴重なお酒店員さんが注いでくれます。
こちらも久々、フルーティーで美味。幸せな気分になります✨
お客さんが増えてきたので、ここらで退散。
＜総評＞
結果、キャッチのお兄さんにハマってとても良かった(笑)。雑居ビルの二回にありやはりこのお店にはキャッチのお兄さんが必要だと感じた。意外といったら失礼かと思うが豚もつのレベルは非常に高いと思う。しかも安い✨次回はもつ焼きも食べてみたい。地酒にも拘っているようで種類豊富なのに接客スタッフの日本酒の知識が乏しかったのは正直残念。とは云え接客も良かったので是非また来訪したい。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
