北千住ルミネの中にあるPAULさん。
都内に何店舗か展開されているお店で、イートインも可能。
この日は竹ノ塚に所要があって朝一番で出かけた。
色々すませて北千住まで戻ってきた。
惜しい、これが夜なら軽くでも飲みたいお店が山とあるのだが…
とりあえずパンを買って帰ろう。
パン・オ・フロマージュハーフと、パン・サレ滴をお願いする。
こちらは自分でとるのではなく、ショーケースから店員さんが注文を聞いて取ってくださる。
コロナの影響もあってか、こういったお店が増えた気がする。
家にたどり着いて、一息ついてから昼食にいただいた。
パン・オ・フロマージュはリベイクすると安定の美味しさ。
チーズ好きにはたまらない。
この塩気はワインともあいそう。
パン・サレ滴はもっちりとしており、口の中ではほろりと崩れる感じだ。
いつもヤマ〇キのパンを食しているような私には大変美味しく思える。
そうそう、またヤマ〇キ春のパンまつりがはじまった…
＊このお皿は昔「富士銀行」でいただいたもの。
今はなきチームもあって、少し欠けてしまっているのですが、捨てられずに使っています。
