マルイからルミネに移ったような形になってから初訪問。
朝から開いててイートイン可能なお店になったので、使い勝手は良くなったかも。
以前は特にカヌレが好きで買っていたなと思い出して、久々に買ってみた。
●カヌレ 270円
生地がもちっとしていて、ラム酒が効いていて、甘過ぎないところがPAULさんのカヌレの特徴かと。
そのままだとカリカリ感はないので、カリカリ感が欲しければリベイクが必要かな。
見た目で惹かれたクロワッサンも購入。
●クロワッサン 237円
デニッシュ生地のパンを購入することはほとんどないのだけれど、こちらのクロワッサンは見た目からサクサクの食感だと想像できる。
正解！
全然脂っぽくない。
生地は均一に薄く、生地層の間に空気をたっぷり含んでいて軽い。
そして、お値段の割に大きめ。
このクロワッサンとカフェオレでモーニングにしたら、すごくテンション上がりそう♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪
カヌレは個人的にちょっと飽きてきたところがあり、一旦お休みかな。
このクロワッサンはリピートする可能性あり。
