先日お店の前を通った際、カヌレの姿が見えたので本日訪問して購入いたしました。
お店に入れば様々な本格的なパンが陳列してあります。私の好きなクロワッサンサンドなんかも数々あるのですね。クロワッサンサンドなどは次回購入したいと思います。
『カヌレ 313円』の横に、苺の果汁を使った生地とフリーズドライの苺で仕上げた『カヌレフレーズ 345円』もありましたので、その2種類のカヌレを購入しました。
外側は割りと硬めでカリッと焼き上がっています。でも心地よい硬さというか、噛みしめると旨味を堪能できる硬さ。そして中はウエット感のある柔らかさ。このバランスがカヌレの持ち味なのでしょうね。
苺のカヌレは苺の風味がふんわりと口の中に広がって美味しい。上に乗っているフリーズドライの苺は、ほんの少量ですがいいアクセントになっていました！
