PAUL ルミネ北千住店さんを訪問しました。PAULさんは1889年創業のフランス生まれのパン屋さん。世界40ヵ国以上で展開しているそうです。
そんなPAULさんで下記のパンをいただきました。
・カンパーニュ・オ・フィグノア(ハーフ) 367円
カンパーニュにいちじく、くるみが練り込まれたパン。カンパーニュ生地の風味、いちじく、くるみとのバランスも良く美味しい(^.^)
・ジャンボンカマンベール 594円
フランスパンに生ハム、カマンベールチーズが入ったハムチーズサンド。全体的なバランスがgood！
・クロワッサン 302円
サクッとした食感がいい感じ。芳醇なバター風味がgood！美味しい(^.^)
