ラム好きを自認している私。
ラム専門店と聞いて、これは行かねば！とずっと思ってました。
ラム専門なんてコアなお店がやっていけるのか⁈なんて余計なお世話。
しっかり開いてて結構混んでます。
カウンター席に滑り込みセーフ。

決めてましたよ。
飲み物はメーカーズマークのハイボール
食べ物はラムチョップ500とラム肉のたたき1200で！
鉄板で丁寧に焼きます。
時間、結構かかります。
でもここは我慢です！
キタ！
まずはラムチョップ。
肉厚です。
味付けはないそうで自分で塩かスパイスをまぶしていただきます。
噛み締めると歯を押し返す弾力
旨味じゅわ〜
タタキは塊肉を焼くところからスタート！
食べるときにはお醤油を薦められますが、塩でもOK
こちらはチョップに対してあっさり系。
ニンニクと玉ねぎを合わせて食べるとハーモニーがいい感じ。
でもあくまで優しい味です。
しっかりと醤油つけて旨味を引き出すのが良さそうです。
ラムなのにびっくりするくらいあっさりなお肉たちでした。
